In my view, evaluation really serves as a success story for youth programs. It’s all about showcasing the genuine impact by highlighting what’s working well and where we can improve. For instance, a mentoring program can gather feedback from participants, showing how their confidence and outcomes improve. This way, we get a clear, relatable picture of the program’s impact.

Add positive and a few constructive comments from youth interviews. Constructive feedback allows program leads to improve outcomes and engagement. Inclusion of constructive feedback will also make youth feel like they were heard.
