<p>I think you&#8217;re right. At the same time, perhaps that&#8217;s why individuals think that they cannot do anything or make a difference on their own when there are so many more larger structures and systems at work that are contributing to anti-Black racism. Perhaps that&#8217;s where the advocacy piece can come in? </p>
