I think another action that we can take is to speak up if/when we become aware of any systemic issues within our workplace. But I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to learn.</p>

In some smaller areas, where there hasn&#8217;t historically been a lot of diversity, people have gotten comfortable in their &#8220;bubble&#8221;  of not witnessing overt racism in their daily lives. Due to not seeing this overt racism, they assume that&hellip;</p>
