<p>There is a tricky balance between wanted to do evaluation surveys and still being friendly and youth appropriate.</p>
<p>Besides, as we don&#8217;t have enough staff to have someone transcribe their answers, it needs to be written, which makes it more tedious  + hard to understand their handwriting.</p>

<p>I believe that the staff needs to be informed of the importance of the evaluation, why we are doing, why it is important for them to help us answer these questions / run&hellip;</p>
