How might we move beyond identifying the service needs and gaps Black youth face, to pro-actively designing pathways to inclusion in the youth sector?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>In my opinion, centering the voices of Black youth is key, and paying them for their hard work and insight.  I would suggest including honoraria for youth from the very beginning of applying for funding, and making sure there is enough to pay the youth well, at least living wage, if not more.  This makes it more likely that youth will be able&hellip;</p>

As a white service provider who works with Black youth I can definitely benefit from the research because I do not have lived experience with racism.  If it weren&#8217;t for this kind of research and being educated by the youth that I work with, I would be pretty oblivious to the fact&hellip;</p>

I would say that Anti-Black racism is still a problem in Ontario due to white supremacy.  As a white person who grew up in Southwestern Ontario, I can say that I was raised to&hellip;</p>
