I think stats are important to see where there is a &#8216;lack of&#8217; something. There is usually a large focus on what was &#8216;done right or good&#8217; but often a neglect to really analyze the criticism that&#8217;s also present. I wish more organizations and agencies actually took the time to make the changes that the data presents.</p>
