I agree with this! It’s one thing to understand the work that has to be done, it’s another thing to actually commit to doing it. I will also make a commitment to this work by scheduling it into my calendar.

I came here to say something similar! And to also show that we value their time in the co-creation process by providing them with honorariums, etc. I would want to find the balance between co-creating with them (to center their voices) and making additional work for them. So yes if there was some way to show their time is valued as they are…
