How might we move beyond identifying the service needs and gaps Black youth face, to pro-actively designing pathways to inclusion in the youth sector?</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>This is a great question and I&#8217;m sure it&#8217;s been answered in a variety of ways but I think including the voices of Black youth (co-creating / designing these pathways with them), operating from an asset based approach, utilizing research can help us design better pathways for black you.
