Thanks for your reply. I absolutely agree! Too often I’ve seen organizations (especially well-established ones) perform allyship and ABR even as they hand-wave away a lack of community feedback as “oh well, we tried”. As you said, it’s critical to look at why we’re not receiving feedback or why folks don’t want to engage. Are there barriers?…
