I work in a place where we have the opportunity to create programming and invite the public to participate but that in itself is not enough. I appreciate your comparison Kelvin and I sympathize Alicia. Because this certificate is for individuals a lot of us will have to go back to work places where the level of systemic change will be based on a larger bodies&#8217; willingness to act (as opposed to talk).
