Knowing that many black youth statistically have a lower rate of high school completion and how streaming is still a thing where their talents can be underestimated and future opportunities can be diminished by this process, it’s important to have real in depth discussions with youth where we assume their success and hold high expectations…

And giving them the space to share because I don’t think a lot of times black people get asked this question.
